Margaret Keys

For more than 31 years, Margaret Keys has worked with clients in business, law, and politics across the globe.

She created innovative communication models to provide a clear process for strategic preparation and delivery.

In addition to her signature two-day seminars, she coaches senior executives.

She has served on the faculty for Leadership Texas, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, St. Edwards University, the Plan II Honors Program at the University of Texas, and the McCombs School of Business leadership program. She has been recognized for her work by her alma mater, Southwestern University, and her peers in Women in Communication and others.

Only two coaches have been certified to do the Margaret Keys work: Nancy Leathers Graves and Steven Tomlinson.

Steven Tomlinson

Steven Tomlinson coaches Fortune 500 executives on communication skills and strategies. He is also the Director of Faculty Development for The Acton MBA program. He taught economics and finance for fifteen years at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business, where he also designed and directed the MBA professional development program. He is an Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Ministry at the Theological Seminary of the Southwest in Austin and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.

He is an accomplished playwright and performer. His most recent work, “American Fiesta,” won The American Theater Critics Association 2006 Osborne Award for Best Play by an Emerging Playwright and was produced off-Broadway in Spring 2007.

Steven and Margaret have collaborated extensively since 1998. He is a founding member of the Margaret Keys Signature Coaching Team.

Nancy Leathers Graves

Nancy Graves travels internationally as a Margaret Keys Signature Coach, teaching executives how to frame and leverage their ideas.

She worked for fifteen years in-house for Dell, Motorola, and the Hospital Corporation of America managing, coaching, training, counseling and facilitating change.

In addition to working with a wide variety of clients, she has coached MBA students in the McCombs leadership program within the Graduate School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.

Her background is counseling and psychology. Her Master of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin is in Organizational Development.
